Using the Service
System Analytics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as Lesson Plan Converter, provides tools for teachers to reformat lesson plans. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information.
Uploads and Content
You are responsible for the files and text you upload. You represent that you have the right to submit that content for conversion. You may not upload private student data, personally identifiable student information, confidential records, or any content that violates privacy laws, school or district policies, or the rights of another person. If you upload content you are not authorized to submit, you are responsible for any resulting claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses.
AI Output
The service uses AI to generate reformatted lesson plans. You are responsible for reviewing the output before using, submitting, or sharing it. AI output may require edits for accuracy, completeness, formatting, or instructional fit.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and plan features are shown at checkout or inside the app. You may cancel according to the billing controls provided by Stripe or the app. Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew after the current monthly or annual billing period.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits, or security controls.
- Do not upload malicious files or content designed to disrupt the service.
- Do not upload private student data or confidential information that you are not authorized to process.
- Do not upload sexually explicit content, graphic violence, threats, self-harm instructions, or other unsafe material unrelated to legitimate lesson planning.
- Do not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or school policies.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but it may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider outages, or other issues.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, System Analytics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as Lesson Plan Converter, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
