The fastest support requests include your account email, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw. You do not need to send full lesson plan files unless we specifically ask for a sample.

Common Questions

Use Word documents or text-based PDFs for the cleanest uploads.
The converted lesson plan downloads as an editable Word file.
If a PDF is scanned like a picture, convert it to text or Word first.
If checkout or plan access looks wrong, include the email used at signup so we can find the account.
